## What is the iiWii-panel?

The iiWii-panel ("It Is What It Is") is a Laminated Stressed Skin Panel (LSSP) that combines:
- Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) for structural load-bearing
- Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) principles for thermal and acoustic insulation
- Bio-based insulation materials from local waste streams and agricultural surplus

The result is a factory-produced panel assembled on-site with standard tools. No heavy equipment, no specialist labour, no weather delays.

Same structural panel, local raw material. Local resilience by design.
